Biographical / Historical

This Burgerbuch or Citizen list was maintained by the village of Schriesheim starting approximately 1777 through at least 1846. It maintains a list of the male individuals with the rights associated with being a Bürger (citizen) of the village. I searched the book for any Heils, and found Lorenz Heil, Georg Michael Heil, and Jacob Heil within it. Note: I did not find Nicolaus Heil in it, even though his death record calls him a Bürger.
