Immediate Source of Acquisition
Original held by Karen Hoffman of Arizona, who inherited most of them from her father, Albert Hoffman. She agreed to allow me to scan them and make them available to the wider family.

Warranty deed for land sale from Joseph Wilhelm to Wolfgang Smithbauer. This is presumably the same land later purchased by George B. Hoffman, which is why the warranty deed was held and passed down by his descendants.
